These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of littlehabibistore.online (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Who We Are

2. Orders

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in [GBP/USD — specify currency] and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your location, and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Payment is taken at the time of order. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order confirmation has been sent, and will notify you before proceeding if this happens.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled in line with our separate Shipping Policy, which covers processing times, delivery estimates, and delays.

5. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer ordering from the UK, you generally have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.

To cancel under this right:

• Notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation, in their original, unused condition where possible.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or was sent in error.
• We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions: This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items (e.g. print-on-demand products), items made to your specification, or goods that become sealed/hygiene-sensitive once unsealed and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

This statutory right is separate from, and in addition to, our Refund, Resend and Returns Policy, which covers issues such as damaged, faulty, missing, or lost items.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund, Resend and Returns Policy for how to report this and what resolution you're entitled to.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
• As orders are fulfilled by CJdropshipping's international logistics network, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, though we will always work with CJdropshipping to resolve significant delays or lost packages in line with our Shipping and Returns policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, and images (excluding product photos supplied by CJdropshipping), is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live elsewhere in the UK, in which case mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
